Vinson & Elkins is pleased to announce the election of 20 lawyers to its partnership, the largest Partner class in its history, and the promotion of 20 lawyers to Counsel, effective January 1, 2023. Rafael represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a wide range of commercial lending transactions. Nadine Amr

Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Development, London 

Nadine advises clients on a broad range of cross-border energy and infrastructure projects, transactions and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on energy M&A across Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.

Abby Branigan

Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, Dallas

Abby counsels private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and a variety of public and private companies in connection with strategic investments, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as on general corporate matters.

Stephanie Coco

Project Development and Mergers & Acquisitions, Houston
