The Sanibel Community Association will hold its Annual Meeting on April 27 at 8:30 a.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.

WALSH JOINS KELLER WILLIAMS
Keller Williams of Fort Myers and the Islands announced that Rachel Walsh has joined the team.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to the Fort Myers and Sanibel area in 2015 to work at the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife on Sanibel. Walsh is a Realtor.
She is working from the Sanibel office.
VIP REALTY ANNOUNCES TOP AGENTS FOR YEAR
VIP Realty Group held its annual recognition ceremony on Feb. 25 at the Kelly Greens Country Club in Fort Myers, with Realtors from the Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers offices in attendance.
Lynda Traverso was named the Associate of the Year for Sanibel-Captiva. Additionally, she received the All-Company Sales Associate of the Year award, the most prestigious individual honor given to the top agent out of all of the Lee County offices.
Karen Bell and the Bell Team, which includes agents John Bates and Sherill Sims, were recognized as Sanibel-Captiva’s Top Team for 2021.
Anna Long was named Rookie of the Year for Sanibel-Captiva.
Tina DiCharia was given the Cramer Award for her dedication and service.
In addition, VIP Realty Group awarded agents who qualified for the Champions Club, Executive Club, President’s Club and Chairman’s Club.
LCEC PROVIDES FUNDING AWARDS TO ORGANIZATIONS
LCEC announced that it will provide Environmental Funding Awards totaling nearly $18,000.
The award recipients include the Sanibel Sea School on Sanibel, along with the Calusa Land Trust and Preserve of Pine Island, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Friends of Cape Coral Environment and Friends of Fakahatchee.
Since the inception of the award program in 2013, LCEC has bestowed nearly $205,000 to local organizations to help aid them in their endeavors to protect and sustain the environment.

TRUST COMPANY PROMOTES LISENBEE
The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company announced that promotion of Rob Lisenbee to senior vice president and client services and trust operations manager.
Located at the Sanibel office, Lisenbee is responsible for overseeing the Sanibel Client Services and Trust Operations team’s daily activities surrounding clients’ accounts, as well as providing necessary client documentation to their team of external professional advisors, and any other account management tasks on a client’s behalf.
Lisenbee was previously with Bank of the Islands/Edison National Bank for more than 18 years. He most recently served as vice president in consumer mortgage lending and has also held the position of office manager, overseeing and motivating a substantial team.
Lisenbee grew up in Fort Myers, graduated from Cypress Lake High School and obtained his American Institute of Banking certification from Florida SouthWestern State College.
