Your new role
You will be working as a Business Development Manager, Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to; Assisting the Office Manager with Administrative duties, including stock control measure, setting of procedures & processes, managing training schedules & renewals for In-house staff, Aid in the development of both Customer & Supplier relations. Assisting in the management of existing customer contracts as well as aiding in the setting up of new customer contracts. There is also a finance element to this role, which includes the basic duties of Processing Purchase Invoices, Creation of Sales Invoices, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will need previous office experience environment, and be either AAT part or fully qualified, or have ample experience in a busy office environment. Ideally you will have knowledge of stock management systems or software and strong general IT knowledge, this role would suit a well organised individual.
